Data Deletion Instructions

Email team@saasway.madethis.app with the subject line “Data deletion request.” Please send the request from the email address associated with your SaaSway account whenever possible.

Include your full name, the account email address, your company or workspace name if applicable, and a clear description of the information or account you want deleted. If your request relates to a connected advertising provider, identify that provider and the related organization or account details you can safely share.

Before acting on a request, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority to request deletion. We may ask for additional information if we cannot confirm the account from the original request.

After verification, we will process the request in accordance with applicable law and the operation of the closed beta. We may retain records where retention is legally required or otherwise applicable.
