Terms of Service
These terms apply to SaaSway's invite-only, no-charge closed beta for advertising operations. By using SaaSway, you agree to use it responsibly within these beta boundaries.

Closed beta access
SaaSway is currently available only to invited participants. Access is provided without a SaaSway charge during the current closed beta and may change, pause, or end as the product evolves.

Your responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account access secure, providing accurate information, using the service lawfully, and ensuring you have the authority to connect accounts or share information through SaaSway.

Advertising providers and spend
Advertising platforms and connected accounts are governed by their own terms, policies, billing arrangements, and controls. SaaSway does not promise campaign results, ad delivery, or provider approval.

Feedback and product changes
Beta participants may share feedback to help improve SaaSway. Features, workflows, and availability may change during the beta, and some functionality may be unavailable while we test and improve it.
